Storage in silos for a stabilisation period.

Transfer to the chosen group of grinders.

Constant control of the granulometric size.

Storage in silos for dissipation of gases.



Transfer to vacuum packing lines.

Sample control of oxygen residues and of vacuum.

Conclusive test of finished product with coffee machines according to the final usage.

Daily filing of reference samples of produced batches
